化学院接近100位正教授,生科院接近70位正教授,生科院是南开理工科第二大学院,还有进步空间。

陈佺从中国科学院转入南开,他原本只是依托南开的长江学者特聘教授教授。

Abstract
The α-ene-diamido ligands (the reduced form of α-diimine) ha ve been extensively studied as supporting ligands for s-, p- and f-block elements over the last several decades. They not only served as excellent ligands for the stabilization of low valent main group metal complexes but also acted as supporting ligands for a number of metal-catalyzed synthesis. Their diverse bonding modes and redox active properties ha ve attracted a great deal attention and rendered them as one of the privilege ligands in coordination chemistry and catalysis. This review will cover the recent advances in the synthesis, structure, reactivity and catalytic application of ene-diamido s-, p- and f-block metal complexes.

祝贺!普林斯顿每年招生不多,南开去的也不多。人始终是最重要的,应该多招一些人,多培养一些人。

比如南开08年去了两位普林斯顿的,现在还在博士后中。。

数学05本、陈所08硕、普林斯顿13博士,田刚门下的,现在还做做博后呢,看来基础数学教职不好拿啊

我国高校的科技成果转化率不高一直是热点话题。据教育部《2017年高等学校科技统计资料汇编》的数据显示,全国各类高校全年专利授权数共229458项,合同形式转让数仅为4803件。

在许多高校教师看来,教书育人、科学研究才是使命。此外,高校教师的考核晋升基本以发表的论文数量为依据。于是,对于转化科技成果、服务社会大众的任务,大多数老师也就“淡然处之”。

企业与高校之间的信息鸿沟导致承接转化的能力不足,也是转化难的重要原因。企业在市场一线,理应成为从技术创新、研发投入、成果转化到市场应用的主力军。但由于种种原因,许多企业并不能有效识别或自主研发创新性技术,转化也就无从谈起。

审视转化难题,就要在一定程度上对高校“松绑”。高校教师考核和晋升的标准不能再一根指挥棒挥舞到底,唯以学位和论文论英雄;在严格审定技术成果的基础上,将科技成果转化及其对社会的贡献作为考核和评价指标,并予以制度化规范和科学管理。我们的高校也不应再拘泥于传统的学院建制与课程模块设置,而是可以为紧跟科技前沿、反映创新动向的学科多开几扇门,为创新性人才的培养多铺几条路。

科技创新是引领经济高质量发展的核心驱动力。高等院校作为创新人才的集聚地、科技成果的策源地之一,应担起促进经济、服务社会的责任。2018年12月5日,新一批23项促进创新的改革举措向更大范围复制推广。其中包括允许转制院所和事业单位管理人员、科研人员以“技术股+现金股”形式持有股权,允许地方高校自主开展人才引进和职称评审等积极措施。

科技成果转化难,是一块难啃的“硬骨头”。要实现把论文写在产品上、研究做在工程中、成果转化在企业里的目标,需要高校与企业的热情“握手”。而真正“牵手”,则需要各方齐心合力,向着共同的目标迈进。途径无他,唯有改革。(康 岩)

这是我看到最接近南开校色——青莲紫(南开紫)的颜色,不知道是否有更接近如下链接里的颜色?非常感谢!
不是清华的那种紫红色。

Abstract
The self‐healing of zinc‐ion batteries (ZIBs) will not only significantly improve the durability and extend the lifetime of the devices, but also reduce the electronic waste and economic cost. However, it is still a challenge to design desired electrolyte and device configuration to meet the demand of self‐healing ZIBs. Herein, we fabricated a poly(vinyl alcohol)/zinc trifluoromethanesulfonate (PVA/Zn(CF3SO3)2) hydrogel electrolyte by a facile freezing/thawing strategy. PVA/Zn(CF3SO3)2 hydrogels possess excellent ionic conductivity and stable electrochemical performance. More importantly, such hydrogel electrolytes can autonomously self‐heal by the hydrogen bonds without any external stimulus. Furthermore, all‐in‐one integrated ZIBs can be assembled by incorporating the cathode, separator and anode into hydrogel matrix since the fabrication of PVA/Zn(CF3SO3)2 hydrogel is a process of converting the liquid to quasi‐solid state. Impressively, the ZIBs still show an outstanding self‐healing ability and can recover the electrochemical performance completely even after several cutting/healing cycles. It offers broad prospects to fabricate various self‐healing batteries for designing as sustainable energy storage devices in wearable electronics.

随着陈军院士课题组年轻人起来,购买了球差投射电镜,建成纳米科技平台,南开的J/A发文数量甚至大论文会有进一步的提高。

新物质创造两大平台:手性物质创造(有机化学)和新能源转化Renewable Energy Conversion and Storage Center(无机化学和物理化学),都是以后化学院的拳头产品。南开优势在化学,而不在材料,希望纳米材料能带来南开新一轮增长。

经院最近发了两篇《经济研究》

近日,由经济学院周京奎教授担任第一作者的论文在经济学科中文顶尖期刊《经济研究》2019年第1期发表。
论文题目为《生产率进步影响农村人力资本积累吗?——基于微观数据的研究》。由周京奎教授与北京大学光华管理学院博士后王贵东、中国宏观经济研究院国土开发与地区经济研究所研究员黄征学合作完成。

近日,由我院毛其淋副教授独撰的论文《人力资本推动中国加工贸易升级了吗?》在经济学科中文顶尖期刊《经济研究》2019年第1期发表。
